Family Immigration:

Restaurant Formation, Operation, Acquisition and Sale
Our firm helps families stay connected or re-unite in the United States by helping individuals and families through the process of applying for immigration benefits and sponsoring their family members for Permanent Residence (“Green Card”).

Our attorneys know that immigration law is very complicated, the application process is difficult and instructions that accompany the forms are confusing. They are prepared to walk you through your options, prepare the necessary petitions, and assist you in your dealings with the appropriate governmental agency or consulate.

Our attorneys have years of experience working with people in the following situations:

  • Marriage Based Green Cards.  We help US citizens looking to sponsor their partners for a fiancé visa and subsequent adjustment of status to permanent residence.  We also assist US citizens and Permanent Residents looking to help their spouse adjust status to permanent residence in the United States, or those looking to sponsor their spouse who is currently residing abroad through consular processing.

  • Family Based Green Cards. We help US Citizens and Permanent Residents looking to sponsor their family members for permanent residence.

  • Naturalization.  We walk individuals and entire families currently in Permanent Resident status through the process of becoming US Citizens.

  • Other Paths to Legalization.  We also work to find solutions for those in special circumstances including individuals who are eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status, and unaccompanied minors eligible for SIJ petitions.
